This Montessori 3-part booklet set helps children learn the six parts of a pumpkin: stem, skin, flesh, pulp, seeds and leaf. Each part is shown on a pencil drawing with only that part in watercolour colour, so the child's eye goes straight to it. It is made for parents and teachers of children aged 3 to 6.

Start with a real pumpkin. Cut it in half yourself, away from the children, and let them look, touch and smell. Read the control booklet together and point to each part on the real pumpkin. Later the child matches the cards, reads the definitions and completes their own booklet.
