Halloween English Club – ESL Lesson Pack Printable (Ages 5–9)

Where does Halloween come from? A complete, ready-to-teach one-hour English lesson for a mixed group aged 5–9, built around the real story of Halloween, from the old Irish harvest festival of Samhain to turnip lanterns and pumpkins in America.

Made for English clubs, ESL/EAL classes, bilingual families and homeschool. Children learn whole phrases first (“Trick or treat!”, “Happy Halloween!”, “What’s in the bag?”), then blend simple CVC words with sound buttons. Two levels in one pack, so everyone in a mixed group can join in.
